'Creative Training Tools for Canine Training'
Danielle “Dani” Theule is the creator and owner of the D.O.G. Technology Training Facility where the focus is on cutting-edge canine training and the trainers adhere to a philosophy that embraces exclusively positive reinforcement marker-reward training methods—commonly referred to as "clicker training."

D.O.G. Technology hosts the collaborative efforts of like-minded canine training and behavior professionals to provide excellence in canine training services to the San Diego area community. D.O.G. Technology is also associated with Eva Aaen, KPA CTP, and Nan Arthur, CDBC, CPDT, KPA CTP/faculty member. Located in beautiful Rancho San Diego, D.O.G. Technology offers private indoor and fenced outdoor training areas, and in conjunction with professional contiuing education branch of our facility, ICBM, Inc. (Intelligent Canine Behavior Modification), we are able to offer continuing education courses, professional study clubs, and seminar facilities. D.O.G. Technology is proud to host Nan Arthur’s Karen Pryor Academy course workshops.

Classes at D.O.G. Technology are kept small by design in order to be able to provide individualized attention to each dog-handler team. Each team enjoys the same positive approach to training in all of our courses. Our focus is on helping you to build a healthy, happy relationship with your dog through positive reinforcement clicker training for canine wellness, stability, and fun.

Bio

Dani Theule grew up with a menagerie of animals—dogs, cats, horses, and birds. She began riding at age 4, and is an avid equestrian who trained horses and competed in both English and Western equitation for 18 years. Dani began training dogs with a professional mentor in 1974, and found that essential missing piece of the puzzle when Karen Pryor began educating other trainers in the art of clicker training in 1994.

To gain additional expertise, Dani participated in and completed numerous courses in the science of operant conditioning and the art of positive reinforcement clicker training. In 2007, when Karen Pryor Academy opened and began offering an advanced course of instruction, Dani applied to the program and was accepted; she received her certification in January 2009.

Dani is TAGteach Level 1-certified. She is also an APDT member, CCPDT Certified Professional Dog Trainer-Knowledge Assessed, a Canine Good Citizen evaluator, a "Be A Tree"/Doggone Safe at Work presenter, a certified legal assistant, a certified periodontist and member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the California Dental Association, and a licensed dentist in the state of California.

Over the years, Dani has competed in obedience, agility, and conformation with her own dogs—including Dobermans, Kerry Blue terriers, Yorkshire terriers, and mixed-breed rescues. Dani lives with her family in Rancho San Diego, CA, where she also enjoys photography, hiking, cycling, horticulture, and garden railroading with her husband.
