Angie owns and operates her training business, Aunt T's Paws. Her philosophy is that dogs are family members. She trains humans how to teach pets the right skills and how to make the right behavior choices, all using force-free, science-based methods.
Angie has been a volunteer with the Michigan Humane Society since 2011, working as a Canine Personal Trainer and Enrichment Program Mentor. Her love for helping shelter dogs—along with a high-energy, reactive fur baby at home—led Angie to Karen Pryor Academy (KPA), where she was taught by the best positive reinforcement instructors.
A 2015 graduate and certified training partner (CTP) of Karen Pryor Academy, Angie has started her own private training business, Aunt T's Paws. Angie lives by the philosophy that dogs are family members. We have an obligation and a commitment to teach, protect, love, play with, and care for our furry family members for their entire lives. That kind of care includes teaching pets the right skills and how to make the right behavior choices, using force-free, science-based methods.
