Rebecca (Becky) Beach is a fundraiser, event planner, and consultant. In early 2013, Becky founded Puppy Jake Foundation (PJF). PJF is a non-profit 501(c)(3) dedicated to providing professionally trained service dogs to wounded military veterans. Becky comes from a long line of military service and patriotism. Both of her grandfathers served as doctors in WWII, her father as a doctor in the U.S. Army, and her husband in active duty in the Vietnam War.
Becky’s love of animals led her to become a Certified Trainer through Animal Behavior College (ABC) and to complete the Karen Pryor Academy (KPA) Dog Trainer Professional program to become a KPA Certified Training Partner (CTP). She and her husband, Charlie, reside in Des Moines, IA, with their dogs.
Becky’s wide and diverse range of clients in her political career has included Senator Charles Grassley, President George H.W. Bush, President George W. Bush, Lamberti for Congress, and others. Her political career began in 197, when she served as Personal Assistant to Barbara Bush for four years. Currently, Becky serves on the Finance Committee for the George W. Bush Library Center in Dallas. After working in the Reagan and Bush administrations, Becky returned to her home state of Iowa in 1993. In addition to Puppy Jake Foundation work, her current projects include the Terrace Hill Restoration project, On With Life capital campaign, The Iowa Barnstormers, and Pacific Battleship Center (USS Iowa).
