Ettel Edshteyn specializes in clicker training—a modern, scientifically-proven, rewards-based method of dog training that does not use force or intimidation. Training is hands-free, loads of fun, and makes it easy for every member of your family to take on the role of "dog trainer." Ettel works with all breeds, ages, temperaments, and sizes of dogs, as well as with all types of behavior problems—from housebreaking, barking, and leash-walking to more serious issues like aggression and fear-based behaviors.
Ettel Edshteyn is a graduate of Karen Pryor Academy (KPA) and is a KPA Certified Training Partner (CTP). She uses behavior theory and clicker training to help dogs and their people live together harmoniously and with mutual respect and trust.
Ettel stays on the edge of new and innovative training theory by attending seminars and workshops held by the foremost trainers and scientists in the dog training and behavior fields. She has experience working with a variety of dog breeds and their owners.
Ettel shares her life with Charlie, a miniature poodle; Emma, an adopted pit bull; and Tigress, a rescued tabby cat.
