At Pop Star Dog Training, we love dogs and their people. Using family friendly methods, we open the pathways of communication between the two to nurture a relationship built on trust and love.
Heather Cole became hooked on dog training when an exuberant yet anxious pit bull named Poppy Rose came into her life. She quickly realized that in order to teach her dog how to live in a house, she needed to learn how to communicate with her. Heather enjoys teaching people how live a more fulfilling life with their dogs. Heather is also a licensed Family Paws presenter and is passionate about helping families through the transition of adding a baby to the family with dogs. Her favorite dogs to work with are shy, fearful, and reactive dogs, and she works closely with an area rescue to help these dogs get ready for their forever homes.
Pop Star Dogs offers private training, day training, and board-and-train services to address basic manners and behavioral problems. Heather particularly likes to work with shy, fearful, or reactive rescue dogs and has a soft spot for the pit bulls.
